AIRBATT Start-Power LITHIUM POWERBLOC 18000 batteries offer a very high starting performance, they have a long service life and a very low weight. Fuel is saved due to the low internal resistance and minimal self-discharge. The Lithium Powerbloc batteries can be connected in parallel or series.
The modern LPB series can be used in a wide variety of applications. Thanks to outstanding lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) technology, the high-security lithum iron phosphate battery is ideal for use in high-performance ultralight and powered aircraft. The battery also features a built-in battery management system (BMS).

AIRBATT Start-Power LPB 18000 is a starter battery for Lycoming O-360 engines!!!
Conventional lead batteries can easily be replaced by the lighter LPB 18000 battery.
The service life of the battery is up to 10 years.
The LPB 18000 offers short charging times and can be charged with a charger for lead batteries.

Jump starting LiFePO4 batteries by other batteries (car battery) is prohibited due to the high equalising currents (max. charging current 20A)!
