AIRBATT start power batteries offer a very high starting power, have a long life and a very low weight. The low internal resistance and the minimum self-discharge ensure a high starting current.

The battery also has a built-in battery management system (BMS).


AIRBATT Starting Power LPB 5500 is a starter battery for airplanes and motorcycles, where weight is to be respected. Conventional lead batteries can easily be replaced by the lighter LPB 5500 battery.

and can be charged with a lead charger. At 13.2V 5.5 Ah, the LPB 5500 brings a starting power equivalent in to something like an 18 Ah lead-acid battery. The battery life is up to 10 years.
