AIRBATT Solar-Power SFL 7.5 Solar Module Set of 2
The very thin, flexible solar modules with 36 monocrystalline cells were specially designed for mounting on the engine flaps or aircraft fuselage. The modules are glued onto the engine flap, covered with special GRP compensating wedges and covered with white UV-resistant film (no need for time-consuming filling and painting).
The monocrystalline solar cells are cut from 10x10 cm cells depending on the size of the respective motor cover, the required open-circuit voltage and the maximum possible power.
The cells (strings) are built up, soldered to the connectors and welded into plastic film in a layered construction. The special processing and construction of the cell also allows for extreme stress.
